Two questions:

1. If it doesn't survive perihelion, will it fragment? If so, what sort of risk do the bits of comet pose to Earth as it passes by?

2. Is there any rocks or debris in the tail of the Comet? Do they pose a risk for when Earth passes through where the Comet went, or was supposed to go?

If it doesn't survive perihelion the debris will continue along the same general orbit as the comet itself. That orbit does not intersect with Earth's orbit, the minimum orbit intersect distance is more than half the distance to the sun. that means no meteor showers for us from this comet.
