This is true. There a big difference between dying BECAUSE of Covid-19 and dying WITH Covid-19 and these statistics are not distinguishing between the two!

Worldometer has US death rate of 14 people per 1 million, that is for every million people in the US, 14 have died from covid19.
The death rate for cardiovascular disease is over 2,000 for every million.
You can make statistics say ANYTHING you want.

This year 24,000 deaths in the USA from the flu. That is 5 times more flu deaths than covid19.

Not even one official source of information about CV deaths stated that “total death” numbers mean that person died from CV and would not die this year if did not het CV.

Judging by wording on CDC site, “number of cases” is the number of positive results of whatever testing was done. ‘Total deaths” seem to be how many people out of those with positive test results died.

Basically, neither “number of cases” nor “total death” have any real meaning.

Meaningful numbers would be “number of cases when person got very sick from CV virus”. And “total deaths” should be death that was primarily cause by CV.

Also one day 700 outlier (considering previous days were less or around 100) could be just a backlog in reporting.

Let’s see what next days will show. And if we are going to have estimated 50,100-120,000 dead by April 15th.

Again, more than 7,000 people die every day in US. You can carve out any statistics from these numbers up to 7,000 per day, just develop a test to be positive on needed number of people.

Yes, this is not a flu, this is a cold virus. For some reason our immune system reacts very bad on these particular strains (kind of similar to peanut allergy that I have never heard before coming to Canada). There is no cure, our immune system is the only thing that can kill it but it gets allergic rection on it.

These statistics are “dying with CV19’” as test shows presence of specific parts of coronoviruses (they chose 100 parts of them), not even telling how much or what strains exactly.

And nobody is doing autopsies on all dead to figure out the real reason of death (except from in Russia as far as I understand)

You need to get out and read more. The first case of Coronavirus confirmed in the US was Jan 20, 2020. It is now April 1, 2020. That is 71 days not counting today. The last count of dead in the US supposedly from the virus is 4000. Sooooo, math tells me that we are not averaging 748 coronavirus deaths per day. Take the first 50 days out even and you only get 190 per day. If we were averaging 748 a day in the last 10 days that would be 7480. Get a brain dude or dudette.
