I am 15 years this October...dont do it...I have made it through my oldest sons death in my first year.

You need hobbies to keep your mind off of all of thus. I am sewing masks and will be starting gardening soon.

Check out your local grocery store with liquor. It is going away and fucking quick. My local has already re-arranged all the liquor into a smaller footprint and I got the last bottle I usually drank. No other similar bottles around it.

Guys, make your own moonshine if and when that dry day comes. Research how to create yeast from flour and water. You can keep it going till kingdom come. I really think that the mead of the gods was some kind of supernatural yeast bug that was amazing. Yeast apparently adapts to whatever environment it’s in, and its flavors correspond to it. No wonder Jesus produced such amazing tasting wine. That yeast parasite was bowing down to the almighty Creator of all

Hang in there.. I know they say 'find the strength,' but you can.

I got depressed a lot but found out that there's a natural mineral supplement, Lithium Orotate, like a salt molecule but it entirely DELETES depression. It doesn't get u high in any way or drunk, it's just like a clarity and removal of sadness. Don't ask me how it works but it does. The "orotate" variety of it is the safe version. The other kind is not safe. It affects the kidneys (the other kind), not the Orotate variety. I take a very low dosage. It may get rid of any alcohol craving as well. Just a friendly suggestion. Maybe there are studies regarding that?

Apparently, addictions and depressions are more prevalent in people who have a low % of lithium in their blood, at any given time. This stuff is like a miracle, a large miracle in my life. It's really been helping me these days.

Congrats. Struggling myself. Would love to feel sobriety again without it being forced by the state. You're stronger than I am.
