Definitely would try it now but im not as pure as i was when i was a child and there was no cell towers or any of that crap.

I believe my grandpa put on a meditation tape and i laid down on the ground and after a while i was out of my body. After that i honestly believe i was able to do it with just closing my eyes at times.

Had some experiences in the astral that lasted a couple dozens of seconds. Would not recommend it as, for the one without initiation, it is akin to a baby entering a different world full of wild and dangerous beasts on every side.

Just keep in mind you're the most powerful beings in the astral realm.

Why would you be so sure? I've seen many being deceived into taking lead for gold. And if people died in the astral, how could you tell?

Happened to me several times over the years as well as other kinds of mystical experiences. Never did anything to make it happen and neither should you. Meditation and yoga can help, light exercise and positive thinking too, some might recommend visualization or voluntary projection but I wouldn’t. Again, you don’t want to force anything, just go with the flow. The universe knows where you are and what you’re ready to handle, so relax, trust and let things unfold safely as they should.

Yes when the DMT is being secreted and you feel and hear the vibration it is intense as hell! I thought an earthquake was happening one time laying in bed half asleep when it was happening.

Though death is not, the astral body is far from being the immortal spirit. And the death i talk about is a severing of the silver cord, which would lead to the dissolution of the physical body. As for the lead/gold i meant that there are being who can very well pass as "gods", "masters", "guides" or "ascended beings" for the unwary. How many have you seen that have met "Jesus"? Or whatever "divine cosmic rays" happened to be in jupiter? I believe none of us here fully now the effects of going out there without proper initiation and many of the psychic disorders appear to be the effects of a former life of indulgence in such matters. All my knowledge comes from books but they sure sound more logical than any of the theories I've seen on the net.

Well some of us have incarnated millions of times and on other planets and higher dimensions, some haven't. So yes if you are a baby soul and have no experience as such tread carefully. I believe remote viewing is a form of astral projection in a way.. I know theres some high tech magic where you can literally leave your body and travel to places in this world as another being or object. I heard a story about a guy seeing black shadows or a black shadowy cat looking figure moving around in the corner of his hanger and shortly later when he took a flight in his plane he ended up crashing and he firm believes it was some form of high tech chinese psi magic that was used against him.

Also i've done DMT a few times and that was way more intense than just normal astral projection.

Let me guess, you also activated all of your chakras and made the kundalini rise to the crown several times? Look, what i'm saying is that the astral is an expert deceiver. You may feel you reached nirvana while in truth it is nothing more than a simple low extasy. It might appear as the greatest achievement but in fact is none of the sort. I personally would not dare seek knowledge there rather than in the physical. Since our minds are so powerfull, how can we be sure our experiences in the astral are not projections of our mind? Travelling to distant planets and such. Every information needs corroboration from various sages before it can be passed on as truth.
