A few days ago, President Trump announced that the federal government will pay all the health care costs of uninsured patients (including 20 million illegal aliens) as long as the hospital "codes" the patients for COVID-19. No positive test result is required, only one or more vague symptoms like

Fever
Cough
Shortness of breath
Loss of taste or smell

I'm sure that every uninsured patient can see his way clear to claim at least one of these symptoms. (If the patient is dead, he can't disagree.) Washington bureaucrats (who are 95% Democrat) will not be double-checking anyway.
