We have to ask what the agenda here is.

Possibly create some racial correlation, so they can more effectively push for vaccines among blacks?

Blacks are unhealthy, they eat garbage, 13% are diabetic, they die from heart attacks at a much higher rate, they have hypertension and high blood pressure at the highest rate by racial groups and they mostly all live in the most densely packed parts of the city and as we have seen they don’t social distance, this is a big street party for them.

No agenda, just poor DNA and unhealthy lifestyles.

If they wanted to have all blacks vaccinated, all they would have to do is offer them $100 or a free pair of Air Jordan's and they would be lining up for miles to get the shot.

Back in the day since at least 1850 TB was a scourge here.

The BCG vaccination was created .It was given to most children between 1953 and 2005 at about 13years old .

We eliminated TB. So they stopped mass inoculation .

Since then we have allowed mass immigration from places who do not vaccinate.

USA,Italy ,Ireland and other places do not vaccinate for TB .There are other places too.

The deaths are less in countries which had mass TB vaccinations.

Here in Louisiana we have the highest death rate from coved in the world. The data is skewed a bit though. They say 70% of the deaths are among blacks but only 32% of the population is, While that is technically true, the areas experiencing the highest rates are predominantly black populations. Orleans parish for instance is 60% black and St. John parish is similar. So statewide numbers are deceptive. Some parts of the northshore for example have very low black populations. You can’t just generalize.

That explains why crime is dropping.

Smallpox started in Egypt, spread to India (via trade), then into China. Later it spread to North Africa, then Europe who brought it to the Americas. Whites are blamed for smallpox. There's always a way to blame Whitey.

I saw a lot of black people today out and about with thin scarves and hankerchiefs on. They must want to die. SMH.
