Just a clue as to why many blacks have surgical masks...
The got them nursing school, relatives in nursing schools and working in the field of nursing. There's a ton of black americans, africans, hispanics in nursing schools around here and working in the field.
BTW, they touch them constantly, their hands are always going to the masks!
