Anyway, watched it, 35 minutes, fast forward, the description did not bother me at all, went directly to the video actually, very informative, if one can concentrate on what it says, just forget the video as pics when you watch it, just hear it, forget if you believe or not in God, though God does exist, just so you know, and try to understand, from that point and after you need to research, connect dots, it's past towards future, forget for a while about the Aliens that are mentioned in that video, just concentrate, do not judge it instantly, just listen, carefully, very carefully.
Then as mentioned before get out of the now and here, imagine you are watching it from out of Earth, recall the events, current and past that you searched, remember thoughts, questions, answers , little things that you might have passed and at the moment they made no sense.
