260k deaths worldwide from covid19 about 210K deaths are in Western Europe, USA and Canada

Western Europe's population is about 196 million, USA's population is 328 million, Canada's population is 37 million, the worlds population 7.8 billion. So if you subract Western Europe, USA and Canada's population from the world total you get roughly 7239 million people. So out of the 7239 million people that are outside of Western Europe and North America you have only 50k deaths from covid19.

This is very strange, surely Western Europe and North America have the most access to clean water and people can wash their hands for 20 seconds multiple times a day. They also supposedly have the best Healthcare infrastructure so why are the numbers so high in Western Europe and North America compared to the rest of the world? You can't even says it's lack of sun because Eastern Europe doesn't get more sun than Spain and Italy both of which have high numbers.

Remember the numbers I'm using are correct on the 6th of May 2020. So as it stands about 80% of the deaths are in Western Europe and North America.
