I have a lot of free time and this whole virus thing has led me down a rabbit hole. It started with the virus being manufactured and led to satanic cults and then to the work of Dr. Steven Greer and his work with the Disclosure Project. Back in 2001, this country doctor who has a history of teaching meditation gathered dozens of ex-military people who testified on camera that yes, ETs are real and that they saw the ships, the bodies, etc. His work continues into today. He says that the ETs from other worlds and other dimensions don't intervene directly because it would be counter-productive for us. From reading your posts I come to understand this is the lie of human development and developing as a species, right? I asked before about seeking help from other worlds but you said that the entire universe is an illusion? making every single other civilization out there (there could be trillions, idk) a lie? If they do exist, are they also being farmed? Is this entire thing I'm experiencing a tailor-made universe just for me that I need to break out of? If that's true, is it worth it to break others out? Are other people even real? I'm so confused about how this all works. Is it worth it to try to "wrap your mind around" this subject? Is it possible to understand everything that's going on? visualize it? I just wish there was a way to prove it to myself beyond a shadow of a doubt. Right now I really want to take the next step in my rabbit holing and explore my consciousness potential. I want to understand what's really out there, the truth if you will.

I've been blathering on and I have so much I want to ask and talk about. I'll start with this: is there a tried and true protocol for tapping into other "places"? Apart from my one terrifying experience with a shadow person when I was young, a horrible, sickness inducing nightmare I had when I prayed for the destruction of mankind (I'm sorry. I was in a bad state of mind) and a psychic experience I had a couple months ago, I haven't really had anything I can remember as something that existed outside the 5 senses. I'm not used to this kind of thing. This whole experience of rabbit holing has led me to being a better person overall and I think I'd like to help people. I don't want to explore other worlds just to please myself.
