Does anyone know anything about dark brahma chickens?

Also, McMurray hatchery has male Dark Brahma chicks in stock with an order minimum of 6 chicks (can be mixed - they don't have to all be the same kind)

Ughh, probably not. I suppose I should have checked the last chicken that ended up in a jar. I had 4 old hens. One was not laying. I asked my teenage son to go catch one of the old ones. I'm pretty sure he picked the one that was still laying. I'm not doing vent sexing. I'd rather guess, lol.

I have a Swedish flower rooster you can have in NC.

my 2 hens look like that but thyre more black and white in color.

No experience with darks, but lights tend to pencil it up.

I wish you were a bit closer. Swedish flower is my current dream chicken.

Sorry I can't help, OP. I have Orpingtons and Reds - no Brahmas of any variety. I'm glad I saw this thread, as I've never seen a Swedish Flower chicken before - they are gorgeous!

I just got four Swedish and four Pita Pinta Austoriana's to add to my French black copper Morans and creamy leg bars. Next is speckled Sussex. and yes I know I spelled Maran wrong.
