Nursing home jogger-boxer was autistic, he should be let free without punishment!

Anyone with an ounce of compassion will agree with me. He is like a retard, he does not comprehend the difference between right and wrong and thus he can not be held accountable for his actions

If you look at the videos, he was just play punching those old people, not hitting them hard. He didn't cause any serious damage at all. Probably those old people liked the social interaction of him playing with them, probably the only one with enough compassion to give attention to those people neglected by everyone else.
