None of that information is verified in CA. Due to ballot harvesting laws, it's illegal to verify ballots in CA. An illegal can print out ballotz and turn them in and they will be counted and never verified. Project Veritas even caught it in hidden camera.

Its just common sense. Anyone can sign a mail-in ballot. When people vote in person their vote gets scanned by a machine. With mail in voting a human being has to record the vote. too much chance for fraud that way.

Signatures are compared for mail in votes. In Hawaii, you get a signature card in advance of the election.

In California, signatures are checked against the DMV record.

Now remember, Trump is claiming "massive fraud". The kind of fraud that would throw a national election. That would require millions of fraudulent ballots.
