I did see one recently where a cop kneeled on a guy's neck and the guy was dead 10 minutes later. I saw a cop not check for vitals or render any type of first aid. I also heard a man with a patent airway yelling for the first several minutes of the recording. I didn't see if enough pressure was applied to crush his throat or to compress his circulation. I didn't see if he had a heart attack, asthma, or drug related issue. I didn't see an autopsy report in that film either.

Negligent in his duties? Yes. Illegal hold? Probably. I haven't read MPD's regulations on the topic. Breach of duty? Sure. Possible charges after everything is sorted out? 1-2 years max and probably only probation. Again, the video doesn't show that the cop's actions, or lack of, caused Floyd's death. Contributed? I'll give you that it didn't help the situation. Clear cut enough to burn 1,000's of people's livelihoods, health clinics, school, etc.?

details may differ (or not) but there are police state hell-holes across America, such as here in Mohave County, Arizona where cops commit so many crimes I don't know where to start.
