there is a city in fort worth called bedford that has such beefed up security my family (all good law abiding people who literally stay to themselves) get concerned at the presence of force sometimes. they have those 5g looking panels at EVERY access point onto the highway, some service roads, then they repurposed their red light cameras for something, not sure what but they had to take the cameras out a while back. just recently my brother sent me a pic from down there where he showed they installed something back into the red light camera setups. he couldnt define what it was, jsut thought it was weird something was installed in there

mind you, isis called out that city a while back as a target so that COULD explain the increased force.
