The people of earth still don't know what killed Floyd.

An autopsy can very easily tell if someone died from asphyxiation or a stress induced heart attack and at the moment it seems like that wasn't the case based on the statement from the ME.

He's waiting on lab results which means either drugs or some health condition may have been a factor.

Either that or they are holding back until enough cities are burned down to suit their agenda.

The only thing he said was he "misspoke" about "other evidence" - still no charges and that they "need time" to investigate.

The four police involved should have been arrested the same night that George Floyd was killed. That would have avoided all of the rioting. It's Friday. The precise charges should be known and brought against those police by now.
