This is nothing but "heat lightning". High atmospheric lightning from storms that are far enough away that you don't hear the thunder. Very common.

they had fake thunder going on before i strted taking the video. but okay it is heat lightning, is that what this guys video is too?

Someone else mentioned this and I believe you are right. The coyotes around here sound like a woman is getting tortured. You can never get used to the sounds. Really yanks you out of your sleep.

Mountain lions also sound like screaming women in the distance

It is high pressure steam escaping out of a release valve. You can clearly see the steam clouds rising up into the air and floating away. At one point, lightning in the distance partially illuminates the pipes where the valve is. You can also tell it’s a mechanical sound, especially at the end of each blast. The lady comments that “they’re letting off something.”

Ever hear a tea kettle? Same principle.

They took my post down if you look at the video I can kinda see a dragon like figure look at the shadows

Another video on twitter shows its some type of beast or animal. Because you can hear it making other noises before it starts to scream.

On twitter link check a few videos in. It proves you are wrong. Someone was right by it. Other sounds were coming from it too
