This is what I have found strange watching the vidoes coming out.

On one hand, the looters are obviously way out of line, but what is odd is the police seem to be almost deliberately enforcing the stereotype of police brutality.

Many video where you see them standing watching looters and doing nothing, but others where they suddenly grab some random guy and like 6 of them start beating down on him.

Videos of guys smashing police cars, cops leave them, then suddenly go after some other guy in crowd and whole bunch of cops beat down on him.

Of course we don't know circumstances, but watching whats going on it just seems odd. Both sides seem to be totally out of control.

Exactly. Heavy cop SHOULD have been on a draft x. Horse hesitated & literally tripped over itself to avoid that female. Cops don't make individual random movements in those situations, I'm sure if we had watched 5 or so minutes before that it would have been quite clear what was happening. Need to have head on a swivel in those situations, no matter who you are or what you're there for.
