This was simply a "TRAFFIC ACCIDENT" between a horse and a young woman w/ a sign.

The horse DID NOT step on the woman.....did it's best NOT TO.

The problem here was the mounted cop insisting on joining his fellow mounted cops by traveling on the sidewalk to reach them.....just like his partner following him.

The difference is, the following mounted cop stopped his horse from moving forward and knocking over more people.....whereas the cop on the white horse was blowin a fvkkin whistle like a siren on the cop car.

The other problem was the young woman carrying the sign NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO HER SURROUNDINGS.....granted, she was knocked over from behind.....BUT, as she was walking up to the street, her peripheral might have picked up on this big white thing approaching from her left.

So now to lay blame.......the mounted cop had every chance to pull up short w/ his horse.....but chose to blow his whistle like a siren and just plow right ahead....he should have manned up, dismounted, & checked out the woman he just knocked over.

These cops are makin' their beds.....they're gonna have to lay in it soon enuff.....the PEACEFUL PEOPLE are waking up and beginning to see things for what they are.
