Racism is a response brought about from negative experiences of dealing with a different race or ingrained from peers because of their negative experiences with a different race.

Racism is in part institutionalized. Not officially, but from experience a prejudiced view of particular races has formed because of the continual negative experiences.

It just comes down to a cycle of poverty and despair that a group of people are stuck in with no way to get free of. Mostly due to a race's shortcomings that are exploited by the leftist political plantation. Slavery of the weak and oppressed to preserve political influence of the mob.

I am not oppressing anyone so I can't be racist.

No one is oppressing the blacks (the government and the MSM gives them preferential treatment) so their is no racism.
