1. Come to peace with your past, especially when it was other people abusing you when you were vulnerable

2. Have a to do list with dates, locations and times

(I use to write to do lists that were vague and they sat years unfinished)

3. When somebody changes, you change

(It's okay to leave when somebody decides they no longer want to put effort into being who they say they are )

4. When you discover the truth about someone or something, then adjust to that truth

(If people pretend to be something they are not they shouldn't be surprised when they are discovered to be frauds and treated as such)

5. Workout everyday. Treat it like brushing your teeth

6. Have real friends, don't invest in online "relationships"

7. Meet up with your real friends on a regular basis

8. Eat the best fresh organic foods you can.

9. Drink a lot of water. drink lemon water first thing in the morning and just before you go to bed.

10. Stay away from drugs that can permanently alter your brain chemistry. You need a healthy brain.

10. Remind yourself what makes you happy and do things that make you happy.

Great list. Has little to do with me or this post, but truly a good list.

I find it humorous and tragically comical that some people are so void of any thing resembling a soul, that they actually expect others to perform their humanly duties for them... and when those people don't live up to your expectations of perfection (even though these people wouldn't know what "perfection" truly was if it bit them on the ass), you judge them from your lowly position at the depths of the pit.
