The reason for t poor video is because they are being recorded on pre digital technology. VHS/Beta.
Analog technology primitive, yet true is actually more difficult to alter and manipulate.
Digital technology: take for instance your phone, you can take pictures, record video, voice message. It’s all put on a digital cloud server at Echelon.
Making it vulnerable to digital manipulation.

Well they failed with me. I wanted to hear what the man was saying but his voice is muffled. With the accent and the muffling, I find it impossible to listen passively. Im looking for information but am not in the wave to receive it unless I concentrate on every word he says. That would cause me to become closer to his content than I want to be. I didn’t watch the video, but what this idiot doesn’t realize is that neutron bombs are a very inefficient way to destroy an entire city. The reason why is that neutron radiation, while very intense, is short-lived and doesn’t travel far. Plus, neutron weapons aren’t designed to generate the same city-busting heat and blast effects that conventional nuclear weapons do.

Neutron bombs work much better as tactical battlefield weapons. When the US first started developing neutron bombs in the 1970s, the aim was to create a weapon that could stop the waves of Russian tanks and infantry that would be streaming across the German border if a major war broke out in Europe and conventional arms proved insufficient to stop the onslaught.

The pulse of intense radiation coming from a neutron bomb is capable of passing through the thickest tank armour and quickly incapacitating and killing the crew, as well as quickly killing infantry troops, whether they’re moving on the ground unprotected, or sitting in a thinly-armoured personnel carrier.

The other advantage neutron weapons have is that the radiation they give off doesn’t hang around, thus making it safe for friendly forces to advance through territory formerly held by the enemy. Most civilians would also survive provided they weren’t close to any battle sites.

Neutron weapons are neither easy nor inexpensive to make. Accordingly, they are things that only a sophisticated, well-funded state actor will have in their arsenals. The most that any halfway-competent terrorist group could hope for is a dirty bomb.

As to World War Three breaking out in the Middle East, people have been predicting that for years, and such a war hasn’t happened yet. As the world continues to move away from oil as an energy source, the likelihood of such a war breaking out is even smaller today, if not non-existent.

Neutron bombs are very efficient in removing large numbers of people from a city but still leaving the city mostly, if not almost completely intact.
