Jesus obeyed God's law, which included killing criminals.

He never said a word against the Roman empire executing murderers and thieves.

Jesus approved of the judgement of the thief that died on the cross beside him when the thief said that he deserved to die but Jesus didn't. It was because the man's judgement was perfect that Jesus said he would be in the kingdom of heaven with him.

That seems fairly correct, but it's difficult to read.

People like to cite Jesus' judgement of the woman taken in adultery as tacit approval of adultery. Not so. The story says that Jesus knew the people who brought the case were trying to trick him. He knew they were lying, and they were bringing a false and deceptive case before him, because they did not bring the man caught in adultery. Without both of the accused, there could be no judgement in the case brought before him.

But he went on to write: "Thou shalt not bear false witness." The penalty for lying to the king in court was death.
