OK sums of bitches want to get even? have somebody walk you know in the crosswalk in the photo and lightly tap them with a vehicle- like the chinese do to fake insurance claim. Then both injured parties sue the city for painting that piece of shit mural on a public roadway that distracted you from seeing the crosswalk lines and stop ahead wording on the road and the senior or disabled pedestrian from paying attention to the crosswalk lines and on-coming car. I think a million dollar lawsuit will end that shit real quick and the mural will come off the street. Furthermore , petition and or sue the state to revoke all funding for road warning devices and infrastructure as the wording violates FHWA ADA regulations as it poses a hazard to crosswalks and warning signage

If there was no permisson for the mural in the first place then the mural was also vandalism. Can't pick and choose between the two.

We were leaving home depot once and some idiot lost a 5 gal bucket of paint, that crap covered the whole street and then some. A couple 5 gal buckets of bright yellow paint and couple of minutes to accidentally dump it and ta da all gone
