You know what? When I posted my last post with music in it, I felt like it was saying goodbye. I didn't start the thread with the intentions of saying goodbye, but I kind of felt like I had arrived to that conclusion at that point.

This place, she's hard to give up....

In my own life, I have something like that. I feel like I'm moving on from something.

One part of me feels a little sad about it. This is the part of me that wishes to cling to things, and also the part of me that sabotages my progress. To stay.

Another part of me is tentatively excited. I see a bright future ahead, despite recent chaos and turmoil. I also know I'm much stronger than I was before. I can handle great difficulties. I am ready.

Between those parts of me, the deeper me see that I truly have a choice. I can choose my path to take. There will likely be troubles on whichever path I choose. There will be struggles. But I will triumph. I know this.

It is a beautiful spot. I can go anywhere at all.

And at the same time...

...I must decide to take one path, and not another path. Ultimately, despite my options, there is only one path I can walk at a time.





Though they say all roads lead to the first so maybe they're all connected and walking my path is walking all paths. Hoo boy.

Perhaps chose the path that plays out as and leads you to your greatest feelings of joy and excitement!....
