The other items that get my blood boiling is all the convoluted steps that are going to be required in the event that permit applicants will need to go through to appeal in the event their Federal permit is denied. It is setup to be frustrating, and most people will be relegated to having to hire an attorney at significant expense or just go without the permit. Also looking to tax all firearms 30% of sales price and ammunition 50% of sales price.
