It's more... you exercise, eat healthy, build useful things and try and start good businesses just to SURVIVE in Satan's Kingdom here on Earth. And if you are a little successful, women are drawn to you as a natural byproduct of discipline and love.

We are coded to survive. A little muscle and a clear plan may mean increased survival capability, which can be attractive to women.

There are men whose testosterone levels are still normal, but most men have a very low level. This is probably a combination of genetics and chemical hormone disruptors in food and water and environment. It does not affect the Black race as much, because their testosterone level is generally higher than that of Whites and Asians. Some of this is caused by natural genetics, and some is intentional or accidental poisoning.

Been taking a lot of MMS and Iodine recently. Seems to improve hormone balance. I think carbs and grains are killing modern testosterone levels. I feel much better since I gave up bread and other grains. Like a totally different person.

Yeah, never was a supplement guy. Started Vitamin C, I'll give iodine a try. OMAD is great. I'm out on the road most days so fall in to eating carbs for energy. Definitely feel better carnivore OMAD.

Those 110# girls kicking ass in movies aren't too unrealistic with the way men are losing muscle mass. Women are more into bodybuilding these days that guys. I'd like to think any man could just pick me up and throw me if I came after him, but I'm starting to wonder if it would be the other way around.

We all crave carbs and energy. I try and get energy fixes from carrot juice, bananas, peanuts and sweetcorn if I can't get to a market.

Carbs are essential for life. We just don't have to get em from grains.

Men need incentive, the current women don't offer it.

That's the other side of the coin. Don't want to lay all the blame on men. If you work your ass off to self-improve, but the only thing on offer is an abrasive bacon-eating porker with herpes...
