Lol. The rocket instantly pressurizes the chamber. It’s not a vacuum if it fills up with smoke. It actually proves the the rocket is being pushed by the external pressure. You see the smoke move in the same direction as the rocket.

It is impossible for a spark to form in a vacuum without ion particles between the electrodes.
The supposed vacuum of space 12 orders of magnitude of that produced on Earth. Rockets not work in a vacuum has been proven over and over.
The sky layers, Troposplane, Stratoplane, Mesoplane, Thermoplane, Exoplane.

rockets do not work by pushing off of anything. Thats not at all how it works. it does not push off of anything. be it air water or solid surface. Its not pushing against anything..

Its a chemical reaction. every action has an equal and opposite reaction. The same laws applies on earth, in the sky or in outer space.

The chemical reaction merely yield gases and heat. This creates high pressure and that pressure moves to low pressure outside the rockets. This is caused by pressure gradient force and not the rocket.

I'm entirely unsure who is stupider, the idiot doing this "test" or you the idiot who thinks this proves anything.

You do know that there's a MASSIVE difference between suction and a vacuum right?

There's at least a dozen videos on YouTube at any given time showing actual rocket engines working inside a pumped down vacuum chamber...

P.s. I've also personally fired a gun I had inside a vacuum enclosure in the name of science. It worked just fine.

So if guns and rockets both actually work in vacuum Chambers when people test it, the obvious conclusion is that this is a very poorly constructed experiment which no one should use as proof of anything one way or another! (Unless it's being used as proof that whoever did this experiment is a mental defective and needs an adult to take legal guardianship of him)

If the force in which the exhaust exits the nozzle is greater than the force required to overcome the gravitational force on said rocket, it moves in the opposite direction.

Exactly. In a vacuum no pressure can be built up behind the rocket. A propeller works because it creates an area of high pressure behind it and that high pressure pushes it as it moves toward low pressure. Same with lift, an area of high pressure underneath the wing causes the high pressure to push up toward low pressure. A rocket creates high pressure behind the rocket and the pressure moves toward low pressure in front of
