How many had sleep paralysis last night?

Spooky, i havn't had it for years tbf mate but i have had some real interesting experiences with it in the past!

No sleep paralysis but I’ve had some pretty intense dreams the last few weeks. One felt like an alien abduction scenario!!

You mean visited by aliens

I have it all the time, two, three or four times a month. Do not give into them, they are there to rob your energy, soul .
there are two kinds of sleep paralysis, 1) are the benevolence ones, They do not need your permission to take you, They will help you.
2) The other ones are malevolent, do not give them consent. They will rob you of everything that you are. Trust me on that one.
stay strong and show no fear. They are very persistent.
The bad ones will put you in a dream within a dream, they are very intelligent. All they want is your soul.

I had Insomnia last night.
