Only when it is very quiet, it won't play music if its noisy. Picky thing. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73974064 WOW!!! I didn't know so many others hear it. It is present to me almost all the time. Once when a pain management doc prescribed nuerontine {sp} for my constant neck pain, before surgery, I was at work one day and my co-workers were baffled by my constant commenting "who stopped the music" that was when I figgured out I have choir music on a constant loop. It is truly a wonderful sound that plays. OP Thanks for your post. When you are dead, you don't know you are dead...it is difficult only for the others. It is the same when you are stupid |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73974064 Glad I'm not the only one. Yes, almost always classical. And nothing I have heard before. Its quite lovely actually. It used to freak me out but now I just listen and enjoy. More rarely the sound of what seems like angels. Amazing! It's music in the mind showing itself through the static sound of the conditioner motor |

I'm sitting here listening to the screams in my aluminum box in the middle of floriduh. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78257583 The ear thing has become more prominent lately. Feels like you’re getting a magnetic pressure injection to the brain rather than a ringing. - - - - - - |

It might be some type of bird because I hear a mocking bird next to my window when it occurs. I believe a bird is communicating with another bird. Strange part is that the sound received is a very strong pulse that I hear in my left ear. Very short intense pulse that is slightly painful. My window AC is to my right and I have a wall to my left. I believe the sound is amplified by the left wall. Does anyone know of a bird that produces very sharp intense chirps? |

Just a guess Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73049099 no it's that all yer electronics are microphones, and microphones are really just speakers in reverse. anytime you got a power coil in an electric motor you got a simple radio transmitter you can take any electric motor and with a piece of iron in the middle, you move the iron within the coil to change the frequency the coil resonates at. |

Sometimes full songs of all different kinds of music. It usually happens after the person has had a brain injury like a stroke and head injury and are typically older adults. MRI scans etc never find anything wrong (of course) and we just define it as an "auditory event" triggered in the brain. Earmark1 |

(same thing with our eyes. We do not see our blind spot since our brain fills in the information what it thinks should be there from past eye movements) - A side effect of various mental illnesses. |
