Dad not having a cellphone to call for help and leaving his dying son while he drove to a store for help just seems odd....why not drive his son to the hospital?

You're not wrong, but at least we can use a bathroom and have every other comfort around us. Fishing on a boat is even more isolated than off the shore/dock

Not so....I fish on charters and quite often bring home a nice chunk of cash for winning the pool....I can think of worse ways to spend a day....try fishing artificial baits using light tackle.....

Get some fresh fish on the boat and You will change Your mind. The shit at the store is just garbage because it could be six months old. The fresher the fish the less of a fishy taste it has honestly. I used to hate shrimp until I started doing site clearance work on shrimp boats and fresh shrimp is the bomb and tastes nothing like the shrimp at the store.

Sounds to me like the first friend went down to do a drug deal

The other 2 friends waited up the bbn road

They heard a gun shot or maybe heard the friend yell in pain and they went down to help him, and ended up getting shot

The drug dealer/dealers probably get a clue that their were others waiting down the road and probably assumed that they were going to try and rob him, and he over reacted, shot first guy, waited or maybe hid when friends came to rescue he shot them

Or maybe the first friend who went down did try to rob the dealer?
