Oh not so easy as that Chief! Earlier today the Mayor joined with you to tell the citizens of this city that you are in charge of keeping the people of this city safe. You were there and said that you could not keep people safe now that you were forced to use batons on them which will hurt them more.

Just this evening the United States of America sued the City of Seattle over the city ordinance that bans use of chemical weapons against citizens starting at 3 am a few hours from now. The DOJ does not want that to happen. For some reason everyone thinks we are all going to riot and destroy the city tomorrow. Now that the plane arrived yesterday from Texas with the secret police that I will no doubt see tomorrow in their fucking camo gear....they will make sure we all suffer greatly.

And now...in this urgent emergency about how best to attack the citizens of Seattle tomorrow, the Judge issued a temporary restraining order restricting the Chief from implementation of the directive.

So they don't have to use the long sticks to beat us unless they feel like it. They can shoot us in the face with chemical weapons.
