In saying that, btc will pump again. Just wait. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 78547973 LOL. eth/btc has been in a bull cycle for ~7 months. And the bull cycle will continue for years So you consider less than half their peak price to be "bullish?" No. |

Bitcoin stuck in $7K-$10K purgatory forever. It may hold this value for a long while, but a $100K Bitcoin would mean that FIAT currency, along with America's place at the top of the food chain, have broken down... and that is an impossibility. Bitcoin is the MySpace of crypto... it laid the groundwork, others will reap the financial rewards of crypto You had to be stocked up in 2009/2010 to strike it rich in Bitcoin. There's about 10 very lucky Bitcoin whales out there... all others are guppies. |

And you only feel you'll find the next guy to pay more if he thinks he's going to find someone that's going to pay more. You aren't investing when you do that, you're speculating." "Stay away from it. It's a mirage, basically...The idea that it has some huge intrinsic value is a joke in my view." |

User ID: 79125111 Australia 07/27/2020 04:48 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Currently the primary value of cryptos, as utilised in our financial, systems are: 1. "blockchain" (which is really just a glorified ledger... Blockchain is the bit that has no inherent value other than the perceived notion of "trust") 2. Crypto as a trade asset (like any currency or speculative resource... it is valued based on how much people will pay for it, and it can be "exchanged" for other currencies, or traded for goods) Conversely, the value of crtpyos are in the "effort" spent mining "coins", and the undiscovered uses of the unique object that constitutes a "coin". Just as a nugget of gold discovered by chance, when picked up off the ground thousands off years ago had no immediate value to the finder. We now know that the nugget of gold can be traded for a goat, pounded into a fine piece of jewelry, the jewelry then traded for a daughter and a herd of sheep, the gold melted down... medicine, dentistry, food, conductivity, insulation, reflectivity... etc. etc, ad infinitum. We are now discovering many more uses with gold nano-particles, and have recently discovered golds' ability to purify water, with many predicted uses of gold for the future. The value of cryptos are similar. With gold (and other resources), it's physical, with cryptos it representational. Here's one possible first actual "uses" of a crypto, to establish their fundamental value; the "effort" spent in mining a "coin" represents analogical effort that can be reapplied in the form solutions. In other words, if a problem is adequately defined, "coins" represent "stored computing effort", that can be quickly applied to problems to solve them without having to do the computing power in real-time. In quick response situations, this means you can evaluate massive amounts of "pre-stored solutions" (coins) to solve your immediate problems. The solutions exists in the form of "coins", the matter is then quickly applying many "questions" that identify with "coins" for "best answer" Cryptos have unrealized inherent value. The bigger the global population, the more solutions available to us all. |

Satoshi Nakamoto is really Sergey Nazarov. LINK has not seen a bear market yet... and the crypto market as a whole is entering into the next super wave. Ignore if you want.
