Goldman says risks to greenback's reserve status include ballooning debt and rising political and pandemic uncertainty.

"The resulting expanded balance sheets and vast money creation spurs debasement fears," Goldman strategists said. This creates "a greater likelihood that at some time in the future, after economic activity has normalized, there will be incentives for central banks and governments to allow inflation to drift higher to reduce the accumulated debt burden," they said.

The Fed is set to deliver its latest decision Wednesday. The bank sees U.S. real interest rates continuing to drift lower, boosting gold further.

WHen other countries dump the dollar en masse, the dollar will be replaced with a digital currency and will be pegged to the yuan.

If the USD bottoms out, fortunately for America, all of America's liability's are denominated in the USD. America would walk out debt free.

The dollar can lose value relative to other currencies. But what makes the dollar strong is having to conduct so many international transactions via the dollar. That is achieved through military power and various international organizations. Those two factors haven’t changed, yet.

Banks are laughing because they have stolen all real assets.
The people hold the currency not the banks. The banks create currency. The banks don't have a stockpole of currency they saved up like people. The banks can create unlimited currency out of nothing. They buy real assets in secret.
