It's very easy to tell who has been a cigarette smoker for a long period of time. I'm talking people in their late thirties or older, who started in their late teens or early twenties.

The way their cheeks look, their skin, their hair, and so on. You can always tell a long-term smoker.

With one exception.

Long-term vegans and vegetarians look exactly the same as long-term smokers most of the time. It's very difficult to tell a two-decade pack+ a day smoker from a two-decade vegan/vegetarian.
