Whats the verdict?

Good or bad? I saw two minutes of it where the reporter and trump were arguing.

To be honest the interviewer didn't give Trump much room for manoevre...Trump haters would see it as being a bit of a car crash.

HBO is trying to make fake news worth the extra price.

This is the first interview I have seen that really shows how shallow our dear leader really is! It is amazing!

3) the best part when trump said "read the manuals, read the books" and axios reporter goes "what manuals?!?! what books?!?!"

4) trump talking about death totals "1 life is too many,...we've had 145,000"

I was shocked when I heard Jonathan Swan was allowed to interview him. It was never going to be an easy interview for Trump, especially considering Jonathan grew up in a pretty 'health and science' orientated family. His Dad is Norman Swan who's one of Australia's most well known professional doctors.

This interview was an absolute dumpster fire for Donny.

The whole interview isn’t really all that bad, of course when you cherry pick sound bites out of a hour long interview segment you will find something to frame anyone. In this sense this was a ambush hit piece. The president wasn’t as sharp as he normally is, and should have avoided getting into that John Lewis trap. Yes he wasn’t the greatest or the best politician b he was a civil rights leader and that’s a big deal for the African American community, he has done a great deal in winning a percentage of them and this interview could harm that gains especially in states like Georgia and North Carolina. This is really the fault of the campaign manager, he should not be putting Trump out there. Donald is over worked and exhausted with the pandemic and other fires. His administration should be working overtime to reduce the spread of pandemic because that will drive the elections

That's what they should be doing, but unfortunately his administration aren't working overtime to stop the spread andn save lives of Americans. It's obviously a bit of a soft spot for Donnie too judging by the interview
