many cases of children "drowning" in very cold water and surviving.In a kind of suspended animation.Have a buddy who went thru the ice as a kid.DOA at the hospital.He woke up under a sheet in the morgue and scared the shit out of several people.We were all about 10 or 11.They gave him his partially filled out death certificate.He is still around but has spent 1/2 his adult life in prison.He was and still is pretty fearless.

ive had dreams about "aliens", but they werent silver shinny ships, they were like Old boxcar trains, 3 connected cars long, and were flying like 10 ft off the ground.let me tell ya, I was soooooo fkn happy i woke up, it was scary shit.

I’ve had numerous dreams over the years of war in the sky and ships flying around, almost like patrolling. Every time I have one I’m always trying to find somewhere to hide so they can’t see me. I’m always overly consumed with existential dread during those dreams

The most recent one I was in a city area with many other people and a VERY large ship flew in, only this time hundreds of beings descended from them and started shooting everyone. We all had to run and hide. The dream ended with me hiding in a small bedroom with about 4 or 5 other people waiting for them to either pass by or find us. They were bi-pedal and had heavy armor on. Almost looked animal-like, kind of like a dog or something. Dark skin, long fiery red hair and I think they might have had tails.

He only remembered going thru the ice and waking up in the morgue and some old lady screaming.,at least thats all he ever told us.This was in chicago in the 70s.We really weren't into sharing our deep thoughts or feelings.We grew up sink or swim,having feelings or dreams etc just invited ridicule and made you a pussy.

Being 10 is about as good as it will ever be.

Similarly, had a dream a few years ago back the whole "three days of darkness". After the darkness passed and I left my hiding place, a voice warned me not to touch any electronic appliance or they would know I survived.

I died two years ago when my heart stopped after a surgical thing. I was dead for ten minutes but it seemed like a very long time.

I was told that I had to go back and despite my arguing, I was sent back. I was very disappointed to wake up in my body.

As a brain shuts down you have "dreams" influenced by the experiences of life particularly the visual ones. Television and movies are large inputs into the visual imagination at play during "dreams".
