I think my body is telling my I need to stretch/exercise more because even when I lay down I get restless and feel a mild pain all over. I've been stretching/improving for awhile and will try meditating again soon. |

What I saw....I was in a raging river in front of a white two story house. River was pushing me away and kinda under. I have no idea who’s house it was.
