I hear that 00buck shot is the round of the day?

Many years ago in my home town a group of three men were shot with buckshot while fleeing a mans property and had assaulted his family members and killed a pet I believe. He shot all three of them with one shot, they were running one behind another away from him. Killed 2 hit the other in the neck and middle spine.

I had to look it up. 00 is .33” or 8.38mm. 000 is .36” or 9.14mm. But yeah, it is kinda like a bunch of 9mm rounds. Of course the shot is round and not designed with the same lethality that modern self defense bullets have. The pump shotgun is probably the best home defense weapon. It is reliable, hold multiple shells, and is very lethal. In fact double aught is so powerful you have to worry about over penetration.
