The only thing I have once in a while is a soda, gotta work on that!

Been behind again but you are all held with love.

By the time I got to the end of the thread some of the prayers had already been answered. That warmed my heart.

You Unbirthday and all here and many not here are in my prayers.

I had to have surgery for esophageal issues and now am taking medication to prevent Barretts Esophagus.

This may help -

I suffered through the worst heartburn for years and in my case it was primarily that I don't properly produce digestive enzymes and must take capsules of them with every meal or snack.

They changed my life! No more heartburn and I can eat many things that formerly left me ill.

My condition is called Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency, EPI. [link to www.identifyepi.com (secure)]

So my heartburn and pain was from improper digestion and now includes a medication to prevent Barretts Esophagus.

Well never fails, kids are back to school and we all have a bug.
Seems two or three days for the kids, week for us big kids.
Some sort of head and chest cold crap.

Be safe wash them hands, don't be kissing on the little ones if you can hold yourself back.

Prayers for you against the bug!
The sunsets have been smokey for several days and I've had a bit of a sore throat today.

Oh no! Praying for you all and I know that I do not have to say this to you, but Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and Zinc.

If you can pray for my father in law, we'd appreciate it. He was t boned yesterday and it wasn't his fault. Broken ribs, hip, concussion and continued walking pneumonia.

MiL is a narcissist among other things. Difficult situation for my husband and family as there's much discord.

I know I don't post often but I am praying for everyone.

It must be terrible out there! The local news is mentioning our sun in Virginia is reduced and temps a few degrees lower from all the smoke in the upper atmosphere.

Today has been busy. I started writing this at 7:00 AM

'Had to run out to get something for my wife and was in a vehicle accident.

Hopefully it will not ruin my insurance rates. It was a parking lot accident.
