Just a suggestion: I find that liquid melatonin gives me much better results than pills. Just plain old Spring Valley from Walmart.

I got a letter from the mortgage company telling me about the forced insurance and that it will be backdated to last day of previous insurance. The letter said it would be expensive and less coverage. But it didn't say how much. I guess they have to notify me first in writing.

Anyway I'm letting it sink in and pushing forward preparing to move and praying I can sell, short sell, or something. Prayers requested of course. I'm off on Thursday and may have more concrete news.

I know I get a lot of prayers from people in this group, and it means the world to me.

Another night of little sleep due to pain and my racing mind. I fell once again. I do not have a black eye, but my entire right side eye socket feels like I should have a black eye.

I can not settle my mind to sleep well. I know it is anxiety kicking in. After the denial letter from SSA, issues with my mortgage and wife who wants to make sure I am not happy I get wound up and unable to do much. I wont get into the fact that I can not do much as it is the added stressors just make it worse for me.

I spend most of the night praying. Try to relax and listen to calming sounds to sleep, but it does not help much. I sit here and wonder why things have turned out the way they have. I know it is what God has in place for me, but question what the final outcome/solution is.

I was at my brothers house over the weekend.
He called me yesterday, his daughter has covid.

So guess i wait and see. There were a lot of people there.

Praying for Louis. Don't know much of his latest situation.
Just seen his post, a while back, look concerning.

Hope he's getting the help he needs.

All your prayers for my family are very appreciated.

Please add my avatar, who I had to take to the vet today. She seems better now.....but she gave us a scare overnight and little sleep for us...taking her to the vet likely will cost me my job--just another thing to add on, closer to the tipping point...I had to, and I only missed 2.5 hours but I didn't bring everything with me and there are consequences for that...and I feel awful because I forgot some things at and got so nervous in front of them...

I am doing my best, but I am falling short....I can't seem to get everything done or remember everything I am supposed to---I just am surrendering it all to the base of the Cross and asking for forgiveness...I pray that the Lord has Mercy on me for trying to do so much and that there will be a way out of this without my health suffering the way it is....I forgive those who demand more of me than is realistic and pray silently for forgiveness for not being able to get all I need done...

...I am grieving for my brother--it will take time I know---it was a month today and I still can't believe he's gone....

I appreciate all of your prayers and because I believe in your prayers, I keep plugging....earnestly praying for strength and that God's Will be Done...whatever His Will May Be....
