If no election results are confirmed, then she's out of office along with Trump, Pence, and all of her colleagues in the House of Representatives. The only ones left will be the Senators who weren't up for election this year.

If only the Presidential election is uncertified, then this is a possibility, though what's supposed to happen is that the newly elected House of Representatives (with one vote per state) is supposed to pick a winner (though only among the top three finishers, so Pelosi would not be eligible). There's nothing in the Constitution about what happens if the House can't come to a decision.
