Civil War II in the US would greatly increase the risk of World War III

I think that if we had a CWII in the US soon that it's most likely cause would be a constitutional crisis followed by an irreconcilable split in government and military, with two or more of those sides battling for sole control of the federal gov/DC and state governments, military bases, ports, airports, and many other key areas. In this situation the US military global presence/power/force projection would become nearly nonexistent quickly. This could then result in multiple countries attacking and taking over territory they desire, such as China with Taiwan, North Korea into South Korea, and Russia into Eastern Europe and the Middle East with Iran and other Middle East partners in a total takeover attempt of Middle Eastern oilfields. China would then probably send an army westward towards the Middle East as well. All of this would mean that they(and esp Russia) may nuke NATO including the US. Is this scenario likely if CWII breaks out here and removes effective US gov and military at home and abroad?

What I'm talking about is the real deal WWIII with catastrophic nuclear war, and numerous countries trying to take territory from other countries with massive military campaigns.
