What is the point.

America should have all people on death row, done and dusted within a year.

They have the techs to prove absolute guilt, or innocence.

Why is there people on there, after 10 years still waiting for there time to be over?

Death row inmates should be done and dusted in a year, and if they are innocent the techs america has, can prove guilt or innocence within a year, beyond any doubts.

So why turn this guys sentence around?

If he is guilty, why?

Supposedly the got in a big shoot out with cops and managed to get away, that story was fake as fuck. Then when they arrested the younger brother they stabbed him in the throat so he couldn't speak. Whole thing was fishy.

We don't need to be like China or Indonesia with the death penalty.

And yes the tech is there to prove just about anything which should tell you there is probably something wrong with the story.
