Also if you watch right before any glitches or whatever start, you can see her whole body/shoulders moving around like shes an imposed image or maybe green screen. Not naturally moving but like, tiny artifact jumps. Like from 7:40 to 7:50

What I find even weirder is Fredo's COMPLETE LACK OF REACTION to this.

I actually watched partly to see if he would react, and you're right - he doesn't react at all. He doesn't blink, doesn't say ANYTHING. If it were me, I'd say...whoa....something's going on with our feed, hold on and we'll get back to you, but Fredo (and other broadcasters I've seen) just keep going like this is perfectly normal.
