They can and do include cameras, microphones, InfraRed and other types of passive surveillance. Which means they can also be used to push 5G signals. I noticed some of these that are newly installed next to my sons school. These are NEW weren't there two weeks ago. I look for this kind of stuff because I am a Telecom Manager. They actually said they use power over internet (which is creating a network of information and data using electricity lines). Thats really fucked up. Those lights literally could gather lots of data from houses by piggybacking through the power lines in the neighborhood.

NOW ask yourself WHY a Light Bulb that you buy at the store needs an FCC code rating on it.... Look closely at those long lasting bulbs you have- You know those curly Q ones. They are Listening devices connecting your whole House to the Grid. When these first came out I noticed the FCC SN# on them and got rid of them ASAP.
