Was the Ford a humungous truck with some sort of structural work to make it an effective killing / ramming vehicle with extra survivability for the occupants? Why have 2 people in the "kill vehicle"? Since they would be at some risk of dying themselves, would you not just have a single driver? Did the driver have a good driving record? Was he suffering any medical problems that might have made him pass out while driving? Or was he prone to falling asleep at the wheel? Or taking Benadryl for allergies and it impaired his driving? What kind of road were they on? Who was driving the other truck? Reputation of the other driver? Once you rule out a bunch of things, then maybe you have a case to make. But just the fact that someone died in a crash is hardly enough evidence to start throwing accusations around. Was he even wearing a seat belt? Seems odd that a head on crash with a similar vehicle would kill one guy and the others just walk away.
