I think the envelope thing was another version of the video of the President taped in a room at Walter Reed Hospital a few days ago where some people theorized he was actually on a ship. There was some legit reason for that too because the video did make it look like see-sawing motion was occurring in the background of the President's room. But it reality it actually was just a part of the hospital.

Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar, a hospital room is just a hospital room, and an envelope is just an envelope (with basic condolences, etc).

Their reactions indicate it was likely not a traditional condolence.

If I remember right, they said... WE KNOW IT ALL.

This is one mystery I am waiting to get solved. Jeb's reaction is priceless. Whats interesting is he barely looked at it for just a fraction of a second at some distance but obviously got the message.

The envelopes said “get ready, we are locking everyone down with the fake flu. Make sure trump knows to keep all those Q-tards in line and occupied while you guys run opposition. Then we will light it on fire and head to your bunker”.
