Also avoid sugar and processed drinks. If you honestly listed what food and drink you eat in a day we could maybe track the issue. Godspeed. Daozen appears to be mentally impaired, but harmless. When youre not working or doing any task, when you have any amount of freetime, don't let your mind ruminate on the stress. Let yourself get distracted with something else if you need a mental break. You can follow along with short meditation antistress/antianxiety videos to learn how to take momentary relaxed breaths, then practice this throughout your day when you need a solid minute to yourself. Find one that works for your rhythm. Sometimes we think too much about future consequences when were stressed. You may be overplaying the consequences and its eating away at you. Reaccess the severity of those consequences because maybe things aren't going to be as bad as you hyped it up to be. Instead, cling to whstever fragment of hope you can find Rootin for ya! |

User ID: 77664463 Taiwan 10/21/2020 11:05 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Work stress, are you placing a huge amount of stress on yourself for no reason? Early in my career I thought everything was urgent and needed to get it done immediately. I was always so stressed out and constantly thought about work. Then I realized I’m a small cog in the wheel and the world isn’t going to end if I space things out and get it done when it gets done. Didn’t get fired and my reviews were always strong. I was being my worst enemy by trying to be an overachiever. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 79236161 I needed to read this. I have to same issue. Cheers for that wisdom. Anonymous Coward User ID: 9429754 United Kingdom 10/21/2020 11:19 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Your anxiety is caused by fear of something. In this case it seems to be your job causing the fear. Bad working conditions? Bad management? Unrealistic expectations from their employees or just straight up exploitation? You need to channel your anxiety into anger at the people causing these issues and speak up about it. Don't let them walk all over you. |

Studies indicate sun exposure significantly improves mood and decrease anxiety. I suggest you take between 5000IUs and 10000IUs of the sunshine vitamin (Vitamin D3) daily, and take up to 20000IUs during the winter when you are sick and/or not getting good exposure to sunlight. This is in addition to the other suggestions already made in this thread. |

Individual have higher concentration. Particularly get b12. Stress depletes b vitamins ( as does alcohol consumption ) and prevents your liver from producing necessary chemicals for various processes in the body. So double hit if you’re someone who under stress grabs a drink after work. Also take HTC, about 30 minutes before sleep time each night. It promotes sound sleep. Which is essential to good mental health and will help anxiety. Good luck. |
