I'm assuming my body is rebelling against all those fear energies (adrenaline) that it introduces into my system. Ever since I stopped I have been doing so much better. Have you tried vegan options like coconut or almond milk almond or yoghurt? As for the b 12, you could eat sauerkraut or fermented beans ot take a supplement. |

Milk, cream, butter, cheese, yogurt and ice cream requires live cows. Here's a nice vegetarian French recipe for Baked Rataouille. Delicious. Enjoy. Ingredients 4 bacon stops, cut into 2-inch pieces 1 cup sliced onion 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained 1/3 cup tomato paste 1/4 cup olive oil 1 large garlic, minced 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 large eggplant (peeled and cubed) 4 medium zucchini, sliced 1 large bell pepper, cut into strips 8-12 ounces sliced Montery Jack cheese (add some pepper jack cheese for an extra kick) Directions 1. In large skillet cook bacon and onion over medium heat until bacon is crisp; drains. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, oil, garlic, salt and Italian seasoning. 2. Spread half into greased 13-in x 9-in baking dish. Layer with half of the eggplant, zucchini, green pepper and cheese. Repeat layers. I can't eat soy since I'm an estrogen dominant type, and it fucks me up. Supplements are messing with me. At the recommended 25/50mcg of B12 a day I can't sleep at all. Ive tried the beans yes, but never sauerkraut. I just walk right past it in the supermarket each and every time for some reaon lol I also wish that vegan options werent quite so expensive. It seems like you have to be moderately well to do to live this lifestyle which I am, thank God. But still... |

He started talking about grilling and I said, “hey what are you doing this weekend...I know this great steakhouse downtown that makes the best steaks you’ve ever tasted - wanna hit it up with me?” Instantly he started backing off, making excuses, and asked red flag questions: “oh, well how much does it usually cost there” “well, I’ll have to check my bank...bills are coming up”, “oh, do you have to dress up there?” THE GUY WAS 46 YEARS OLD! I bought some hydroxycoblamin, but it gives me insomnia when it shoudnt since its not a methyl donor. In fact, all the b vitamins in a synthetic form make me feel ill.
